  1. Stir the butter until foamy, add the eggs, salt and flour that were previously placed in warm water, finally work in the yeast dissolved with the warm milk and knead into a smooth dough. Roll out finger-thick rolls on hail sugar and cut off 30 cm long pieces, fold in half and loop around each other to form flax braids. Let rise for 30-45 minutes and then bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees until golden brown.
