Unusual breakfast – hearty flaxseed porridge with banana, raisins, and honey. Such porridge turns out to be very fragrant, interesting in texture, and most importantly, its benefits are undeniable.
Fill the flax seeds with water, mix and leave for 8 hours (or overnight).
Peel the banana, cut into pieces, place it in a container, and send it to the freezer. In the morning we prepare everything you need to make porridge. Flax seeds absorbed water overnight and swelled.
Pour the raisins with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Then drain the water. Place the flax seeds in a blender bowl and interrupt at high speed. Then add the raisins and honey. We also beat.
