Mix the egg, flour, milk, salt and herbs into a smooth dough. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a small pan. Bake 3 small, thin pancakes from the dough, sprinkling the pancakes with sesame just before they stick.
Peel the onion and chop finely. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the onion in it. Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to the boil once. Cut the pancakes into strips and add them to the hot broth. Let it steep for a few minutes.
