Instructions

  1. Cut the fresh broccoli into small florets and cook for a few minutes until al dente and then rinse in cold water. Pour boiling water over frozen broccoli and let it steep for approx. 4 - 5 minutes, rinse in cold water and cut into small florets.
  2. Dice the tomatoes, cucumber and ham. Cut the spring onion into fine rings.
  3. Mix Miracel Whip, creme fraîche and balsamic vinegar with salt, pepper and herbs until smooth and season to taste. If it is too acidic, stir in some sweetener and season again.
  4. Add tomatoes, cucumber, ham, spring onions and broccoli to the dressing and fold in carefully. Min. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Excellent as a SiS evening meal, but also as a low-calorie and low-fat party salad.
