- Put all ingredients, except for the almonds, in a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring. When the mixture is creamy, mix in the almond leaves.
- Cool down and later (one day) put small blobs on the baking foil with tea spoons.
- Make sure there is enough space as the biscuits will run apart.
- Bake / caramelize at 170 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
- I don`t dip them in couverture because I don`t use chocolate fingers because of the upholstered furniture.
