Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees (circulating air 170 degrees).
  2. Bring the butter with sugar, honey, cream and a pinch of salt to the boil once. Let the butter-sugar-honey mixture simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add the almond flakes while stirring.
  3. Put the mixture in a teaspoonful of the mixture in a muffin baking tin (this is important because the mixture melts on the baking sheet) and bake for about 10 minutes. Let the biscuits cool and remove them from the mold with a sharp knife (this is easy if they are hard). Coat the underside with couverture.
  4. The whole thing goes in no time at all, people are loved for these cookies!
  5. Extra tip: It`s even easier with a silicone muffin baking pan. Just squeeze out the cooled cookies!
