Mix ground almonds with sugar and vanilla, add 1 egg, mix well.
Divide the resulting mass into 2 parts, add cocoa to one.
We put cookies on a form covered with baking paper: take the mass with a teaspoon, make a cake, put half a teaspoon with cocoa on it, connect the edges.
We do the same with the mass, where there is cocoa. Light and dark cookies are obtained.
We bake in a preheated oven, at 180 g for 20 minutes. There is one thing, but it seems to be a lot of whole eggs! When baking, cakes turned out, while I was hot, I gave the original look.
