Bring salted water to the boil and cook the Flower Sprouts for approx. 2 minutes. Remove and drain.
Cook the pasta until al dente and drain.
Roughly chop the hazelnuts and roast them without adding any fat.
Peel the carrots in strips and sauté in olive oil for approx. 2 minutes. Add the flower sprouts and noodles, mix everything carefully and season. Add the cranberries or raisins and the cream, mix and let heat up briefly.
Arrange the pasta and sprinkle with the hazelnuts. It also tastes delicious when you mix in the hazelnuts.
