Instructions

1. Preheat the oven (electric stove: 225 ° C / convection: 200 ° C / gas: level 4).
2. Toast the toast slices in the toaster until golden brown. Drain the pineapple slices well. Brush the toasted bread slices with 1 teaspoon remoulade and top each with 1 slice of smoked pork, 1 pineapple ring and 2 cheese slices.
3. Place the Hawaiian toasts on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes until the cheese has melted golden yellow.
4. Arrange on 4 plates and garnish with a little parsley - serve immediately.
