Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks with the melted butter until frothy. Sprinkle in the sugar and stir until it has dissolved. If you use powdered sugar, please sieve it beforehand. Stir in the sour cream. Sift the flour and mix it with the sachet of baking soda, then stir in, spoon by spoon.
  2. Now divide the mass and beat the egg white to snow. Now stir in the vanilla pulp into one portion of the dough and fold in half of the egg whites. Stir the cocoa powder and rum into the second portion of the batter. If you want, you can now also add the cinnamon. Then fold in the egg whites as well.
  3. Put the dough in a mold (whether black or white is a matter of taste) and then use a fork to draw a marble pattern into it.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for one hour.
