Instructions

  1. It is important that not all ingredients are mixed together randomly, but exactly as described, as the baking soda causes bubbles very quickly.
  2. First wash the blueberries, drain them and melt the butter in the microwave.
  3. In the meantime, mix the flour with the oatmeal, baking powder and baking soda.
  4. Now whisk the eggs in a separate bowl and mix with the brown sugar, vanilla sugar, melted butter, the sour cream and the yoghurt, add to the flour and mix well with the mixer.
  5. Now carefully fold in the blueberries and distribute the mixture on the muffin molds.
  6. For me, the mass was enough for 15 muffins.
  7. Now bake the tray in the oven at 180 ° (convection) for about 20 minutes and then let it cool down.
