First mix the dry ingredients, i.e. flour, sugar and baking powder. Whisk the eggs and milk separately. Slowly add the flour mixture and stir in. Finally add the melted butter.
It is best to shape a tablespoon of dough into a pancake in a coated pan. As soon as the batter starts to bubble, turn the pancakes and fry them on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
If you like, cover the pancake with thin apple wedges and let them fry.
Depending on your taste, serve classically with butter and maple syrup, cinnamon and sugar or Nutella and banana.
