Instructions

  1. First separate the eggs.
  2. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Then stir in flour with baking powder, natural yoghurt, milk and salt. Then beat the egg white until stiff and fold in carefully.
  3. Bake immediately in oil or butter in portions. When the pancakes bubble, it`s time to flip.
  4. Finally, you can sprinkle them with cinnamon and sugar, but they also taste great on their own.
