Separate egg yolks and whites. Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt to make the egg whites. Mix the egg yolks with sugar (without a mixer), slowly fold in the egg whites.
Melt the butter in a pan (if you have 3 eggs, use a pan with a diameter of approx. 28 cm), add the mixture and smooth it out. Bake on VERY low heat (otherwise the underside will be too dark) from one side with the lid closed until the edges are lightly browned.
