Instructions

  1. Put the low-fat quark, sugar and milk in a bowl and beat with a whisk for 3 minutes. Depending on the firmness of the quark and yogurt, the result will be more solid or fluid. This can be controlled with the amount of milk. The result should be a fluffy yogurt quark.
  2. Roughly grate the apples including the skin. In a plate, first layer the grated apple, then the thinly sliced banana, the crunchy muesli and finally the yoghurt quark.
  3. Chocolate or crunchy fruit muesli tastes good.
