Instructions

  1. Hard boil eggs and peel them. Chop the egg whites very finely. Mix the egg yolks and mustard together to make a mixture, add oil drop by drop and then stir in a little vinegar. Mix in the finely chopped parsley, cucumber and egg white. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
