Instructions
Mix the crushed egg yolk with the mustard well and stir in the oil drop by drop. As with the mayonnaise, the sauce will be thicker. Stir in the vinegar. Finely chop the cucumber, shallots, capers and herbs, mix in, salt and pepper.
