Mix the fruit without a stem well with the honey. Using a glass, cut a circle out of a slice of bread and place it on the bottom of a large salad bowl. Cut 6 to 7 slices of bread into wedges measuring 7 cm at the bottom and 10 cm at the top. Use these wedges to overlap the bowl ½ cm. Put the fruit in the bowl.
Cover the fruit with the remaining slices of bread. Place a matching flat plate on top of the bowl and weigh it down. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
Mix the yogurt with the honey and place the vanilla pod, cut lengthways, into it. Let the yogurt soak in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. To turn it over, replace the plate with a large cold platter that you place on the bowl. Then, with the help of a second person, you quickly turn the bowl over. Immediately serve the dome with the yogurt and decorated with flowers.
