Bring the water to the boil and let the tea bags steep in it for about 8-10 minutes. Then let the tea cool down.
Halve and squeeze the limes. Stir into the cooled tea together with the currant syrup. Chill the tea in the refrigerator and serve with 2 ice cubes per glass.
A great alternative to the very sugary iced teas that are bought. We sell it on hot summer days. Guests are also enthusiastic. Actually always have 1 - 2 jugs in the fridge in summer.
