Instructions

  1. Sweat the onions in a large pan until translucent, then add the bacon and fry.
  2. In the meantime, beat the eggs in a glass, whisk and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Lightly brown the mushroom slices in the pan. Pour the eggs over the mushrooms, add the parsley and stir again and again until the egg is through.
