Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan, sprinkle in the fork spaghetti and stir.
  2. Divide the broccoli into small florets, peel the stalk and dice it. Quarter the zucchini lengthways and cut into thin slices. After 3 minutes of cooking, add vegetables and finely diced garlic to the noodles and cook for another 5 minutes. Drain and collect about half a cup of the cooking liquid. Put the pasta back in the pan and mix with the cooking water and sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Halve the sausages lengthways and cut into thin slices. Then fold this under the finished dish.
  4. With us, this dish is eaten by the very youngest (approx. 12 months). Thanks to the small noodles, the children can also eat it very well on their own. Even children who are lazy to shop love it.
  5. You can also replace the sausages with meatballs, boiled ham cubes or sausage balls.
