Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Place in a cloth and pat dry.
  2. Fry in the pan with the oil and butter. As soon as they are golden yellow, put the pan in the oven and finish baking there.
  3. Flavor the amount of salt required for seasoning with a mixture of chopped sage, rosemary, a few drops of garlic juice (carefully crush the clove in a garlic press) and pepper. Sprinkle the potatoes with them as soon as they come out of the oven, garnish with parsley and serve as a side dish.
