Clean the savoy cabbage and cut into strips. Wash and drain the strips. Peel the onion and chop finely. Sauté the onion cubes with the pressed garlic in oil until they are translucent. Add the savoy cabbage and then pour water over it. Add the baking soda. Simmer, add the horseradish and cream. Puree and then season with chilli, salt and pepper.
