• 400 g cream cheese
• 150 g Black Forest ham
• 80 g walnuts, chopped
• 1 small onion (s)
• 1 cup sour cream, approx. 200 g
• chives
• pepper
• Paprika powder
• Fondor

Instructions

1. Finely chop ham, onion and chives. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Season to taste with paprika, fondor and pepper. It is best to let it steep a little.
2. The spread keeps well in the refrigerator, but has to be stirred again before consumption.
3. Tastes very good with pretzels.
