Instructions

  1. Dissolve the granulated broth in the hot water. Stir in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Then add the sweet mustard and honey and whisk with the hand mixer. Season with black pepper from the mill and salt, if necessary sweeten with sugar or sweetener.
  2. The dressing should be slightly creamy and not taste too sour. I give it to mixed salad plates, but also to other leaf salads, tomatoes, etc., except radish or coleslaw.
  3. The dressing can easily be stored in a bottle in the refrigerator for about 10-14 days.
