Puree the dates in the blender. This is not so easy and so that a semi-homogeneous mass is created in the end, you gradually add the soy milk / cream. Then mix in the nuts (I always mix them and leave a few larger pieces with me).
Grease a flat dish and place in the refrigerator.
Melt the chocolate (over a water bath) and mix with the date and nut mixture.
Pour into the mold, smooth out and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
The recipe can be varied very well. All kinds of dried fruits can be used, as well as all kinds of nuts. It tastes totally awesome when you sprinkle the bottom of the mold with biscuit crumbs.
