Wash the beans and cut off both ends, possibly cut into short pieces. Pour the coconut milk into a saucepan and stir in the paprika powder, onions, tomato paste and the vegetable stock. Add the beans and let them boil briefly. Stir, cover with a lid and simmer at low temperature until the desired firmness is reached.
As a side dish, this is enough for 2 people, for me this is a main course.
