Beat egg yolks with sugar until frothy. Pour the egg white over it, sprinkle with the orange peel. Put flour mixed with baking powder on top of the snow. Lift everything with the whisk. Fold in the melted, hot butter.
Grease the bottom of a 28 or 26 springform pan, line with parchment paper, grease, sprinkle with almonds, pour in the batter immediately.
Baking time; 30 to 35 minutes thermostat 3 or 175 degrees (top / bottom heat)
Turn the cake out onto a cake stand, peel off the paper. Prick the cake several times with a chopstick. Warm orange juice and lemon juice with sugar, spread over the hot cake with a spoon. Dust the cake with powdered sugar before cutting.
