Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, paprika, curry, rosemary and nutmeg. Chop the onions and fry everything together in a little oil.
Add the sliced, peeled cucumber.
Let some juice steep and pour 3/4 of the broth on top. Then add the mushrooms and tomatoes. Cut the peeled potatoes into slices and pour over them (but you can also leave them out entirely and serve boiled potatoes instead).
Simmer gently for 20 minutes, add stock if necessary and season. Finally mix in the sour cream.
