Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the vegetables. Fry the bacon in butter in a larger saucepan, add the onions, lettuce and peas, season with salt, pepper and sugar and cook covered over a low heat for about 10 minutes.
  2. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with cress.
