Cut 2 slices of toast into pieces. Whisk 1 egg and 80 g milk (possibly also cooking cream) in a cup. Whisk the bread slices in the cup with the liquid. Heat the cup in the microwave for about 2.5 minutes at 600 watts.
The baking time can vary depending on the microwave. Just try it with a small fork and then decide whether you want the French toast a little firmer. But it`s not sweetened yet. If you don`t like it sweet, add salt to it.
French toast is variable. I can recommend the following sweet variations: cinnamon and sugar, maple syrup, honey, pulp.
