Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs, cream, vanilla sugar and vanilla paste together and pour into a soup plate. Now place 10 ladyfingers in it so that they soak up on both sides.
  2. Peel the banana, cut in half lengthways, then cut into small slices. Peel and dice the kiwi. Put both in a small bowl. Drizzle some lemon juice, not too much, over it and mix in the blueberries.
  3. Cut the last sponge finger into small cubes - these are the croutons for the salad. Heat some fat in a large pan on medium heat. Fry the ladyfingers in the pan until they are nicely browned on both sides.
  4. Arrange 5 ladyfingers on a plate, pour the fruit salad on top and sprinkle the croutons on top.
