Instructions

  1. Roughly grind the rye, spelled, buckwheat and the wheat or kamut the evening before and cover with enough kombucha that the whole thing is lightly covered with it and leave to soak overnight. If the kombucha has become too sour, you can also mix it 1: 1 with water. The Kombucha gives the whole thing a pleasantly sour note at the end.
  2. Cover the raisins and almonds or hazelnut kernels in a cup with a little water and leave to stand overnight. The next morning, put the raisins and nuts in a sieve and drain.
  3. Grate the apple and carrot and mix into the cereal together with the spices, agave syrup and oil. Arrange on a plate and top with the nuts and raisins.
  4. The whole thing can of course vary a bit from the fruit, according to taste and season with bananas, oranges, tangerines, grapes, figs, dates, melons, etc.
