Instructions

  1. Coarsely grind (grind) the grain 5-10 hours before consumption. Mix with water and leave to swell in the refrigerator. Just before eating, grate the apple and peel and slice the banana. Add the chopped nuts and yogurt. Combine all ingredients and mix with the grain.

  3. The apple should always be used whenever possible. Additional fruit can change according to the season. Instead of the banana, a tangerine, 100 g strawberries or a peach can be chosen. If there are not enough sweet fruits available, you can sweeten with raisins and other unsulphured dried fruits.
