• 100 g mascarpone
• 3 tablespoon yogurt
• 4 tablespoon herbs, freshly chopped
• 1 clove garlic
• salt
• pepper
• some mustard, hot
• 3 tablespoon vinegar, (herb vinegar)

Instructions

1. Stir the mascarpone and yoghurt until creamy. Finely chop the garlic and stir in with the finely chopped herbs. Season the dressing with salt, pepper, mustard and vinegar.
