Wash the tomatoes and lettuce thoroughly and cut the tomatoes into quarters. Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces as desired. Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices.
Put everything in a bowl. Cut and add the parsley. Now you can choose between a dressing (yoghurt or plain) and simple lemon juice.
For the dressing, simply add olive oil and vinegar to taste, depending on your taste. The delicious summer treat is ready.
