Instructions

  1. Wash the vegetables. Peel the carrots. Remove the stem and core of the pepper. Halve the zucchini lengthways and slice thinly like the carrots. Quarter the peppers and cut into narrow strips.
  2. Mix salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar and cream to a salad sauce. Add the vegetables and the chives cut into rings, mix and let steep for a moment.
