Peel the carrots and kohlrabi. Grate both coarsely or finely to taste.
Make a dressing from oil, vinegar, tomato paste and salt, mix with carrots and kohlrabi. For a slightly nutty taste you can replace 1 tablespoon oil with 1 tablespoon pumpkin seed oil
Clean the tomato, cut into small cubes and fold in. Finely chop the chives and sprinkle over them.
Let the salad soak well before serving. Pretzels or pretzels taste good with them.
