Knead all ingredients with the food processor - done. If the dough sticks too much, add a little more flour.
Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out round, divide into 10-12 pieces of cake, fill as desired (fridge razzia), e.g., with cheese, ham and cheese, sour cream / bacon / onions, cream cheese, spreads, pesto, jam, Nutella whatever else is there.
Roll up into croissants, brush with milk or egg yolk or egg yolk-milk mixture, bake at 180 degrees (top and bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
