First, peel and quarter the apple and remove the core. Then cut the quarters into smaller and larger cubes.
Then you take a pan and add a little oil or margarine, depending on your taste. As soon as it is slightly warm, take a good teaspoon of honey and let it melt in the pan.
After a few seconds you will notice that the pan is getting warmer and the honey has dissolved. Now the apple cubes come in and you let them fry slowly until golden brown.
If you prefer something sweeter, you can add 1 - 2 teaspoons of sugar to taste.
