Wash and peel the asparagus and cook for about 15 minutes (depending on the thickness of the sticks). Melt the butter in a pan. Add the drained asparagus and grated Parmesan cheese. Fry everything for a few minutes (turn again and again). Season with a little salt and pepper and then place on a plate. Fry the eggs in the remaining frying fat and then arrange on the asparagus.
TIP: You can also cut the asparagus into pieces so that it is easier to process when frying.
