Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado, remove the core and peel off the peel. Salt and pepper inside and out. Pour the goat cheese into the core hole and smooth it out. Then cut the halves lengthways again and press one side into the ground almonds.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan and place the filled avocado with the almond side in the pan. Fry for approx. 1 min., Remove and pour over the gravy. Serve warm.
  3. Great starter, quick and easy to prepare. Make sure the avocado is really ripe!
