- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic until translucent. Now add the beetroot cubes and stir-fry for about 10 minutes.
- Finally season well with salt and pepper from the mill and dust with the grated Parmesan.
- With this snack we serve rye bread or rolls or boiled potatoes as a meal.
