Instructions

  1. Carefully cut the broccoli florets from the stalk and halve. Heat a pan and add a little olive oil. Roast the broccoli in it. To deglaze, pour a dash of vegetable stock over the broccoli and steam it in it. Peel and chop an onion and add to the broccoli with the halved cherry tomatoes. Season the vegetables with pepper and salt.
  2. Pluck the oregano leaves and cut into small pieces. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into thin strips and add both to the pan with a dash of olive oil. Rub the parmesan over it if you like, wait until it melts and then toss the vegetables again.
  3. Arrange the fried broccoli vegetables on plates. Rub a little more parmesan over the top if you like.
