Total time: 24 minutes
Divide the broccoli into small florets and remove the tough skin from the stems.
Heat the oil in a wok and fry the broccoli florets for 1 - 2 minutes while stirring. Then add salt, sugar and water, cook for another 2 minutes and serve immediately.
Serve with rice.
