Wash squid tubes and pat dry. Cut the calamari into thick rings. Drizzle with lemon juice, lightly salt and season with the dill.
Let the oil or fat get hot (deep fryer or saucepan).
Mix eggs and milk. Prepare the egg-milk mixture and the flour in separate bowls. Now briefly pull the calamari through the egg-milk mixture and then flour it. Bake in hot fat and drain on kitchen paper.
We like to eat it with paprika rice, tzatziki and coleslaw. Fresh lemon should of course not be missing.
