Grate the carrots and fry them in the olive oil with the addition of sugar until they are soft (about 15 minutes). Stir frequently and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Then place on a serving plate and let cool down.
Press the garlic into the yogurt, stir the yogurt with it until creamy and season with salt. Spread on the carrots and sprinkle some paprika on top to garnish.
Tastes great as a side dish or starter. We eat flat bread with it.
