Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, egg, milk, honey and salt into a dough and let it steep.
  2. In the meantime, peel half a mango for the dip, cut into small pieces and puree with the blender. Mix the mango puree with crème fraîche and season with curry and salt.
  3. Now toss the vegetables in the batter and fry them in the hot fat. After removing the fried vegetables from the fat, place them on a piece of kitchen paper so that the excess fat can drain off.
  4. Then arrange the fried vegetables with the dip on a plate.
