Divide the cauliflower into small florets as usual and cook in salted water until firm to the bite. Let it cool down, just enough that you can hold it in your hands to bread it without getting burned. Bread with egg and breadcrumbs (like a schnitzel), maybe season the egg with pepper beforehand. Then heat the margarine / oil mixture in the pan and fry the cauliflower until golden brown. Tastes delicious! Have fun cooking at home!
