  1. Coat the meat thinly with flour. Heat the oil in a pan or in a wok and fry the meat for about 5 minutes until it is lightly browned. Pour the remaining oil out of the pan. Now add the chilli peppers and garlic to the meat and fry for 1 minute. Add all remaining ingredients and fry everything for another 3 minutes.
  2. Serve immediately. Serve with rice as a side dish.
